Ducks are such calm yet scary animals. You step to them theyll hiss at you or even bite you but if you feed them they’re happy grubbing and greedy. They relax in the waters and are one with the land they consume. They are the thing you do when it’s just hot enough for a light jacket and too cold to play in the water. This palette made for today had me thinking. As a city girl I crave green in my space. I also love me some rose to pink colors as a woman thrown in the brinks of a man ruled world. Dividing myself and imagining beauty in my aesthetics for living spaces is what gives me inner peace. “Hell yea, throw some pink in there” is my motto. This room design is a comfort first design with a cushy chair of dark blue waters and a warm delightful shade of warm rose. Of course green curtains are a delightful illusion of more cascading plants. As I was looking for good live plants on Amazon. This fig tree became the perfect add for the already quirky duck theme that was immerging. A Ducks and Figs moment was born and I’m liking the way it came out.
